DontCheckUp.com was created out of an idea by Don Gemmell, formerly of DEI, as a way to assist fellow displaced workers from Dale Earnhardt Inc. and Earnhardt Childress Racing. It was Don's hope to provide a way to communicate with those who were recently laid off and to provide support, assistance, and resources to help them find their next job.
Don then reached out to others within this group, and to friends and resources outside of this group, and has done so at his own expense, to begin what is now DontCheckUp.com.
